1. Are the handphones original ? Is it legal??

We do not sell fake items and what we are selling is 100% Legal.

There are no fake handphones in the market, anyway…

 

2. When will I get my products ?

If the item is in stock, usually we will send out your item on the

next day we receive your payment. 

We will use either Pos Laju or other courier to ship your item. 

You should be able to receive your item within 1-5 days for Malaysia. 

3. What are Pre-order items?

Products under “Pre-order” categories are advance order.
 

4. When will the pre-order items arrive?

Pre-order items will take about 1 - 2 weeks to arrive including local mailing. 

Process once payment received.

5. Why do I need to make full payment for pre-order item in-advance?

This is to avoid dead buyers and buyers who go missing after items have been ordered.

 

6. I saw there are 50 stocks for pre-order item, is that mean it is currently have stock.

For pre-order item it means it is currently out of stock and you can pre-order them,

the stock written there does not mean anything.

7. Do you have a shop?

Currently we do not have shop, we only sell online.

8. How do I order online?
You just have to sign up as member (free), add items to cart and checkout.

9. Do I need to pay for the postage fee?

All purchase come with free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah

dan Sarawak using Poslaju or other couriers.

 

10. What kind of payment method do you receive?
You can bank in/bank transfer/cash deposit.  We are using Maybank.

11. Can I cancel the order?

Pls kindly contact us for of you wish to cancel your order before making payment.
No cancellation of order after being processed. Otherwise, no refund will be given.

12. Do we do International Orders??

Sorry. Currently, we are only able to conduct business in Malaysia.
